The prices depend on the terms of lease and are as follows (per night):

Prices for longer rental periods on request.

The minimum rental period is 2 nights, the maximum rental period is 6 months.

Cleaning at the end of the stay: 55,- €.

If requested, cleaning can be managed for you. The costs will be 45,- € per cleaning.

Energy, water, heating, waste, SAT-TV, WiFi, towels and bed linen are indluded in the above mentionend prices.

When booking a deposit of 30% of the rental price is due.

The booking is guaranteed after receipt of the deposit.

The balance (70% of the rental price + final cleaning) must be transferred by the day of arrival or paid in cash or by card on arrival.

If the rental period lasts several months, the rent can be paid monthly in advance.

Please note: If you select payment by credit card when booking online, the full amount will be charged immediately after booking for technical reasons. The above procedure applies to online bookings on invoice or bookings made by telephone or in person.

The apartment is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact us.

On the day of departure the apartment is at your disposal until 10 am.

Cancellation conditions:

• A free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
• In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival or non-appearance, the full rental price minus the cleaning fee is due.

The above-mentioned cancellation costs are calculated from the rental price for a maximum of 4 weeks; in the case of longer tenancies, the remaining time remains free of charge.
