The approx. 50 square meter large apartment is located in the attic of our house (semi-detached house) in the Weststadt of Tübingen and is accessed via a separate external spiral staircase (see picture gallery).

Over the balcony you reach the kitchen-living room, which contains the following furnishings:

• sink unit
• 2-plate hob
• oven/microwave combination
• refrigerator with freezer compartment
• dishwasher
• washing machine
• coffee maker
• electric kettle
• toaster
• dining table with 4 chairs
• crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils
• wardrobe

A small hallway leads to the spacious and bright living/bedroom to the right. This is equipped as follows:

• double bed (160x200 cm)
• sofa bed (140x200 cm)
• walk-in wardrobe
• SAT-TV

To the left of the corridor is the bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.

Towels are provided and new towels are provided weekly for longer stays; bed linen is also provided and new towels are provided every 14 days for longer stays.

A child bed and a high chair can be provided if required.
